In 2025, embark on a culinary journey without leaving the comfort of Common House. Each month, we’ll spotlight a different country’s cuisine, traditions, and drinks, served family-style.
In July, we’re heading just North of Tennessee to the Mid-Atlantic, U.S. The Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic coastline provide abundant seafood, including crabs (especially blue crabs), oysters, clams, and various fish. Crab cakes and steamed crabs are popular dishes, along with clam chowder and fish fried whole or as part of a stew.
Here is how the Around the World event will work throughout the year:
- Receive a passport to track your travels (keep up with it for the whole year of travels).
- Attend 3 dinners: Free ticket to a beverage program $30 or less.
- Attend 6 dinners: Free ticket to a food program $50 or less.
- Attend 9 dinners: 1-night stay in the hotel.
- Attend 12 dinners: Hotel stay + prix fixe dinner for 2 in 2026 (excluding holidays).
